Samuel Benin

Samuel Benin is the Acting Director for Africa in the Development Strategies and Governance Unit. He conducts research on national strategies and public investment for accelerating food systems transformation in Africa and provides analytical support to the African Union’s CAADP Biennial Review.

Analysis-Higher U.S. food benefits give legs to dollar stores’ fresh food push (MSN)

MSN published an article stating that dollar stores in the US are likely to see a sales and earnings boost from the Biden administration’s plan to hike food stamp benefits.
